I started Carnation with a vision of setting new benchmarks in customer service and product offerings in the automobile industry. The objective was to provide the customer with complete car solutions, all under one roof. “WHY NOT” is the philosophy that we follow staunchly and have attempted to incorporate this value in every aspect of Carnation’s operations. I have been fortunate in having got together an enthusiastic team who share the same vision. We believe that there is no substitute to hard work and sky is the limit for those who nurture the dream of achieving the best. Our dream has been actualized in the form of Carnation Auto, India’s first multi brand auto solutions sales and service network.

With the launch of over twenty Hubs across twelve cities – and counting- across the country, the commencement of Car Exchange- including Certified Pre-Owned and New Car sales, Workshop on Wheels as well as a host of partnerships, Joint ventures and tie ups with nameslike DC Design and Magneti Marelli; sizeable progress has been achieved in the past

year and our aim is to keep up the pace. While last year has been that of launches, partnerships and expansion, which have propelled our growth as an organization, this year our focus will be on consolidation of our initiatives so that we are able to serve you better.


Amongst the business verticals, launch of Workshop on Wheels was an important milestone. The WOW service is futuristic in nature and is expected to herald a new paradigm shift in the auto after service market. With its focus on corporate and RWAs, the concept will help facilitate those customers who want to get service done at their place, their time and in their presence.

Carnation has recently entered into a strategic partnership with Magneti Marelli, for the sale of parts in the Independent Aftermarket and to expand our Service capability to include premium cars. Magneti Marelli is a Fiat Group company headquartered in Italy and a world leader in the auto component sector manufacturing over 30,000 products and in the independent auto service space with over 5,000 workshops in Europe and South America. The premium aftermarket service is key for us to deliver complete solutions to an expanded customer base. The tie up with one of the world’s largest automotive component manufacturers is an obvious choice and will enable us to provide a credible alternative to address a significant gap in service expectations with the discerning premium car owners.

As you can see from the above initiatives, customer delight & satisfaction forms the DNA of our business and we are committed go that extra mile to see a smile on our customers’ face.
