How quickly can you reach me?

In city traffic conditions, it normally takes us 30 minutes to an hour to reach, but depending on traffic this can vary. In case you are not within city limits, then this is dependent on your proximity from the city.

Are there only limited car makes and models in CARE ?

We cover all types of car makes and models.

How many break down calls will you service?

We will service all your breakdown calls. Your safety convenience and our first concern. However you can call us out four times in one Membership year without incurring any call-out charges.

Can I avail benefits of my CARE membership on my second car as well?

You require a CARE membership for every single car you own. Since every car having a package has a unique registration number, you can't use the same package for two cars. If anyone calls for assistance during a roadside emergency, for the car covered by CARE, we will respond. However, if the car you're driving is not covered, the service for the non-covered car will be a paid one. Therefore, you'll need to register all your cars separately in order to avail membership benefits.

What are the chances of you repairing my car at the roadside?

We're able to help over 20,000 people a year. Nearly 80% breakdown calls are fixed on-site.

Will you come even if I'm the passenger and not than the driver?

Yes, regardless of your CARE 24x7 breakdown road assistance package. It is the car that is covered and if your car is registered with CARE, we'll come to assist you when you call us. Our CARE policy covers the car, irrespective of whether you are the driver or the passenger of the vehicle registered.

How soon will I be covered under my CARE package if I apply online?

Your Roadside Assistance package begins immediately after your application has been successfully processed. It typically takes 2-4 working days for us to process an application. If you have provided us with your registered e-mail address, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

Can I buy a CARE road assistance package as a gift for someone else?

Yes, you can. In fact it is one of the best gifts that you can give to someone you really care about. It is indeed smart to ensure roadside assistance for all car owners. You can gift a CARE package provided you know their car registration number, chassis number, name and address.

Is paying online, secure?

RENEWING YOUR COVER

How can I renew my breakdown cover?

You'll get a renewal invitation for your car coverage, 4 weeks before your cover is due to expire. This will include details of your renewal and the various ways to renew the same per the payment method that suits you the best. Simply renew your CARE package within the 4 weeks period before the expiry of your ongoing CARE package to ensure continued coverage, without any break..

Will I keep my existing Membership number when I renew my breakdown cover?

No, your CARE Membership number does not remain the same. It changes every time your cover is renewed.
