Mr. Jagdish Khattar founded Carnation in 2008, a year after he retired from Maruti Suzuki with many reputed private equity investors including Premji Invest and Gaja Capital backing the venture.

In an effort to provide total auto care to our customers under one roof, Carnation has tied-up with leading names in the automobile industry. These include 3M and Gard X for value-added services, Castrol for lubricants, Bridgestone for tyres and Asian PPG and Akzo Nobel for paints. By adopting world-class equipment and IT systems, we have been able to implement thorough transparency in the system while enhancing the quality of service in all our processes.

Carnation has also tied up and become a part of Mahindra First Choice (MFC) Services after it acquired key assets of Carnation’s car-servicing business. Carnation aims to drive MFC Services strategic vision of organising the unorganised Indian automotive aftermarket industry.

The deal will facilitate a service network expansion of another 100 potential outlets, a step toward Mahindra’s target of 1000-1200 outlets over the next 3-4 years. Carnation Auto already has more than 150 Franchises Hubs operational across India, i.e. Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Lucknow, Patna, Ghaziabad, Bhopal, Jaipur, Mumbai, Chennai and Noida which will now be added to MFC service’s franchisees across 250 towns in the country.
